SHORT TITLE: Limiting landowner liability for use of private
lands

CODE REFERENCE: Amends and reenacts §§1, 2, and 4, Article 25,
Chapter 19
PROPOSED LAW PRESENTED TO THE COMMITTEE: Article 25 deals
generally with limitation of liability of landowners.
The bill changes the standard of liability for injuries to
persons using private lands or their property from negligent
failure to guard or warn against hazards to deliberate willful or
malicious conduct.
